24-Hour Review Period
The CUSTOMERS have 24 HOURS to check their purchases and evaluate the quality of our pay-per-view services.
This period starts immediately after your successful payment confirmation.
Unsatisfaction Clause
If a CUSTOMER is UNSATISFIED with the PAY-per-VIEW and OTHER SERVICES, they must request for a REFUND within 24 HOURS of the purchase, and ABCD ORG will refund the full amount without any questions.
No complicated procedures or lengthy questionnaires required.
Payment Integrity Conditions
However, the REFUND REQUEST must be done within 24 HOURS under the following conditions:
Mobile Money Payments ($0.10):
Payment must remain unchanged with no statutory deductions (e.g., taxes) or streaming platform costs deducted.
Master/Visa Card Payments ($1.00):
Original payment amount must be intact without any third-party deductions.
Proof of Payment Requirement
The CUSTOMERS must show PROOF of PAYMENT receipt to process the refund request.
Acceptable proof includes transaction receipts, SMS confirmations, or bank statements.
14-Day Limitation Period
After fourteen days of the CUSTOMER or PAYMENT NOT FULFILLING any of the CONDITIONS provided in Clause Three, ABCD ORG SHALL NOT ACCEPT any REFUND REQUEST, and NO MONEY will be REFUNDED.
This is a hard deadline - no exceptions will be made after this period.

If statutory deductions (taxes) or streaming platform costs have been deducted from your original payment, you may not be eligible for a refund. The payment must remain in its original state for refund eligibility.
How do I provide proof of payment?
Acceptable proof includes SMS receipts from mobile money transactions, bank statements, transaction IDs, or screenshots of successful payment confirmations. Ensure the proof clearly shows the payment amount and date.
Will I be charged any fees for the refund?
No, ABCD ORG does not charge any fees for processing refunds. You will receive the full amount you originally paid, provided all conditions are met within the specified timeframe.
Can I request multiple refunds?
Each purchase is treated separately. If you make multiple purchases and are unsatisfied with any of them, you can request refunds for each within their respective 24-hour periods.
What content is eligible for refunds?
All pay-per-view content including ABCD Film, ABCD Model videos, ABCD SVIEW content, and any other streaming services are eligible for refunds under this policy, provided conditions are met.
How long does the refund process take?
Mobile money refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Card refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your account. You'll receive confirmation once the refund is processed.
